The research arm of the RSA envisages equipping the policy makers and/or the other stakeholders of the industry with a research based feedback for policy decisions on the sector specific skill sets prevalent in the industry as well as the projections on future requirements. The research and study will help in bringing liveliness in the implementation of skill development scheme. Hence the RSA will take up research and development on a regular basis to address the changing pattern of the skills sets and other requirements of the industry.
